"Full Cooperation" Episode 19: Coming of Age Captain's log, Stardate 41416.2 (Year 2364) The Enterprise is orbiting Relva VII where Wesley Crusher is to be tested for entrance to Starfleet Academy. Picard's old friend Admiral Gregory Quinn is on Relva VII, accompanied by Lt. Remmick to inspect the Enterprise. Picard doesn't receive any information regarding what the inspection is about but is told to cooperate fully. The crew on the bridge is weary of Remmick's intrusive questions and Riker begins to feel he is under investigation. Picard assures Riker that as 2nd in command, he should know just as much as he does about what happens on the ship, but has no further information to share regarding the investigation. Meanwhile, there is an unauthorized entry in the main shuttle bay and a young student has stolen a shuttle. Picard requests an open channel to address the young man, Jake.
